Common Snapping Turtle, Everglades National Park, Florida

Looking at alligator snapping turtle from ground level. It has algae growing on its shells and 2 inch black leeches clinging to it. Turtle is crossing road in Everglades National Park, Florida.
Today on Everglades TurtleCam™ ... This fine common snapping turtle's shell features abundant algae growth and several slithering, 2-inch, black leeches.
